Audrey Vallen, C.P.A
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Vallen manages the finance team and joined the firm in 2007 with 11 years experience in venture capital finance and accounting. From 1999 to 2007, she worked for Bay Partners as Chief Financial Officer. From 1995-1999 she worked for Institutional Venture Partners as Controller. Ms. Vallen obtained her C. P.A. while working for Coopers & Lybrand in their San Jose tax department from 1992-1995. Ms. Vallen holds a B.A. in Art History (summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) from Boston College and a M.B.A. from Santa Clara University. She serves on the board of the VCBC, a non profit association of finance professionals in venture capital firms.
