Shahan D. Soghikian
Managing Director
Mr. Soghikian is a co-founder of Panorama and focuses primarily on technology investments. In 1990, Mr. Soghikian joined Chemical Venture Partners, the predecessor to JPMorgan Partners. Between 1994 and 1998, he was responsible for developing and managing JPMP's European investment team and was based in London. Mr. Soghikian was previously a member of the mergers and acquisitions group at both Bankers Trust, Inc. and Prudential-Bache Securities, Inc. (currently known as Prudential Equity Group, LLC). He was responsible for and/or on the board of directors of Aecom Technology, McAfee (Dr. Solomon's Anti Virus), Computacenter, Equant, Kinko's, ONI Systems, Petco, Seagate, Thermoscan and Yipes.
Mr. Soghikian holds a B.A. from Pitzer College and an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Mr. Soghikian currently serves on the board of directors of Aristos Logic, Axentis, Narus, Inc., TIDAL Software, Inc., Tagsys RFID and Squaretrade and is a trustee of Pitzer College.
