Mike is a Partner and part of the founding team at Panorama Capital. A Silicon Valley veteran of over 15 years, Mike has been actively venture investing for over 8 years at Panorama and previously at JPMorgan Partners. Mike invests primarily in internet services. He has a particular passion for disruptive business models and companies that can emerge to lead, or completely redefine, a category. Mike has also held executive roles as Vice President of Corporate and Business Development at Ask Jeeves (acquired by IAC), where he led teams responsible for M&A, strategic partnerships and incubation of new products and the Exigen Group, where he was responsible for alliances, business development and M&A. Early in his career, Mike advised a variety of technology companies as an investment banker with Robertson Stephens and as an attorney with Gunderson Dettmer.

Mike is a founder of Alpha, a Silicon Valley networking association comprised of leading founders, executive and influencers, focused on the internet and media sectors. Mike graduated from the University of Michigan with a JD/MBA and has a bachelor’s degree in Political Economy of Industrial Societies from the University of California, Berkeley.
